Personal Information of Minors
The Site is intended for individuals of legal drinking age in their province or territory (19 in Ontario). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of majority without parental/guardian consent. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a minor without consent, we will delete that information.
Security, Retention & Disposal
We use physical, organizational, and technological safeguards (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit/at rest where appropriate, employee education) to protect Personal Information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
